The shortlist is drawn up before anyone books a demo.

When a company needs HR, accounting or warehouse software, the first three candidates often come from asking AI. To make that list, your site has to say plainly what the product does, who it's for and what it works with.

01What people ask

What software buyers ask AI

Answers list product names, quick pros and cons, and often quotes from review sites. A product that doesn't spell out its features and limits on its own site ends up described by other people's outdated notes.

  1. Category

"Can you recommend a GDPR-compliant payroll tool for a 200-person company?"

  2. Comparison

"What's the difference between [product name] and [competitor], and which suits field teams better?"

  3. Integrations

"Is there a warehouse management system that integrates with SAP and Shopify?"

  4. Technical fit

"Which B2B platforms offer an on-premise option and an open REST API?"

  5. Pricing model

"Is [product name] priced per user, and is there a free trial?"

02What we do

Placing your product in the right category

Use-case pages

Pages that say which industry, team size and job your product is built for. Being clear about who it isn't for also helps AI match you to the right question.

Honest comparison pages

Tables comparing you with competitors on verifiable features. We never publish wrong or outdated claims about a competitor, and every row is checked against a source.

Integration pages

A page per integration: what it syncs, how it's set up, which plan includes it. This is the information most often missing when people ask about integrations.

Documentation and release notes

We make sure your docs are crawlable, current and dated, and keep release notes tidy so features from old versions don't linger in AI answers.

Review and listing sites

We check that your product details on software listing and review sites match your own site. AI quotes these sites often.

03Common questions

Software companies ask

Is it a problem to name competitors on a comparison page?

Comparison pages are common practice as long as the information is accurate, current and verifiable. We still recommend your legal team reviews them before publishing, and we avoid wording that breaks comparative advertising rules.

Our docs live on a separate domain. Is that an issue?

Not on its own. What matters is that the two are clearly linked and the docs are open to crawlers. The analysis looks at how that connection is set up.

We sell in Turkey and abroad. Do you measure them separately?

Yes. Turkish and English questions bring up different competitors and different sources. We build a separate question set for each market and report on them separately.
