This notice is provided under Article 10 of Turkey’s Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”) to explain how we process the personal data you share through the forms on sparkzone.tech.

Personal data we process
Our free analysis and contact forms ask for:
- Website address
- Industry
- Full name
- Email address
- Phone number (optional)
We don’t ask for health information, ID numbers or other sensitive data. Please don’t enter such information in the form.
Why we process it
We use your personal data only to:
- Prepare and send the visibility analysis you requested
- Prepare and present a proposal based on your request
- Answer your questions and stay in touch with you
We don’t add your details to marketing lists and we don’t sell them to anyone.
Legal basis and how we collect it
Your data is collected electronically when you fill in a form on the site. We process it because it is directly necessary to enter into a contract for the analysis and proposal you requested (KVKK Art. 5/2-c) and because we have a legitimate interest in responding to your request (KVKK Art. 5/2-f).
Sharing
Limited to the purposes above, your data may be shared with the providers that host the site and handle our email. Their servers may be located outside Turkey. Apart from that, we don’t share your data with third parties unless required by law.
How long we keep it
We keep your data for up to one year after your request is closed. If we enter into a contract with you, the retention periods set by the contract and applicable law apply. When the period ends, the data is deleted or anonymized.
Your rights
Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to:
- Learn whether your personal data is processed,
- Request information about that processing,
- Learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used accordingly,
- Know the third parties in Turkey or abroad to whom it is transferred,
- Request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data,
- Request deletion or destruction under the conditions in Article 7 of the KVKK,
- Request that corrections, deletions or destruction be notified to third parties who received the data,
- Object to an outcome against you that results solely from automated analysis of your data,
- Claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
